1. 서비스
Velryn은 공개 전력시장·기상·계통·문서 데이터를 근거 중심으로 탐색하는 분석 및 의사결정 지원 서비스입니다. Velryn은 EMS, 관제 시스템, 전력중개, 법률·재무 자문, 자율 입찰 서비스가 아닙니다. 서비스의 시장별 범위·정확도·freshness는 제품 화면에 표시된 그대로이며, 표시되지 않은 범위·정확도를 보장하지 않습니다.
2. 연령
만 14세 이상만 계정을 만들 수 있습니다(한국). EU에서는 16세 미만은 보호자 동의가 필요하며, 미국에서는 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
3. 계정
Google 계정으로 가입하며 계정과 세션 보호 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 접근통제 우회, 타인 계정 사용, rate limit 회피를 위한 자동화 남용을 금지합니다. 남용·보안 사유로 접근을 일시 정지할 수 있습니다.
4. 요금
공개 탐색은 무료이며, 플랜·AI 크레딧 가격은 요금 안내 화면의 표시를 따릅니다. 표시된 요금은 세금 별도이며 결제 수단 연동 전까지 실제 과금은 발생하지 않습니다.
5. 데이터와 출처
결과값은 지연·정정·결측·추정·미제공일 수 있으며, 출처·버전·단위·시간대·근거·한계 표시는 결과의 일부입니다. 공개 원천의 라이선스·출처표시·재배포 조건은 사용자에게 승계되며, 내보내기·공유 시 사용자가 이를 준수해야 합니다.
6. 보증의 부인
Velryn 결과물을 안전·규제·시장 제출 판단의 유일한 근거로 사용하지 마십시오. 원문 근거와 시장 규칙을 직접 확인해야 합니다.
7. 해지·삭제
사용자는 언제든 계정 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 범위는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 약관 위반·보안 사유 시 [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME]은 사전 통지 후 또는 긴급 시 통지와 동시에 접근을 정지할 수 있습니다.
8. 준거법·분쟁

1. Service
Velryn is an evidence-first analysis and decision-support service over public energy-market, weather, grid, and document data. It is not an EMS, control-room system, broker, legal or financial adviser, or autonomous bidding service. Coverage, accuracy, and freshness are exactly what the product discloses, nothing more.
2. Age
Accounts require age 14+ (Korea). Under-16 EU users need guardian consent; the service is not directed to US children under 13.
3. Account
Sign in with your own Google account and protect your session. Bypassing access controls, using another person's account, or abusive automation to evade rate limits is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
4. Pricing
Public exploration is free; plan and AI-credit prices follow the in-product pricing notice (taxes excluded). No charge occurs before a payment method is connected.
5. Data and sources
Values may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, estimated, or unavailable; source, version, unit, timezone, evidence, and limitation labels are part of every result. Source licenses, attribution, and redistribution terms pass through to you when you export or share results.
6. Disclaimer
Do not use a Velryn output as the sole basis for a safety-critical, regulatory, or market-submission decision. Verify the underlying evidence and market rules.
7. Suspension and deletion

8. Governing law
