1. 운영자와 책임자

운영자: Velryn Energy · hello@velryn.ai. 사업자 등록과 주소·개인정보보호책임자 정보는 확정 전입니다. 상용 출시 전 기재합니다.

2. 수집 항목·목적·보유근거

  • Google subject 식별자·확인된 이메일 — 인증·계정 식별. 근거: 계약 이행(GDPR 제6조1(b), PIPA 제15조1-4호).
  • Google 표시 이름·프로필 사진 URL — 계정 화면 표시. 다음 로그인 때 갱신됩니다. 사진을 표시할 때 브라우저가 Google 이미지 호스트에 요청합니다.
  • 사용자가 선택한 직무·관심 시장, 기타 입력값·시장 준비 알림 요청 여부와 변경 기록 — 화면 구성과 요청 기록. 자동 이메일 발송은 현재 제공하지 않습니다.
  • 계정 ID·권한 역할·상태·가입/최근 로그인 시각 — 권한·한도·부정방지. 근거: 정당한 이익(GDPR 제6조1(f)), 서비스 제공.
  • 구독 상태·결제 제공자 고객/구독 식별자 — 요금제 확인과 결제 관리. 카드 번호는 Velryn에 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 에이전트 실행별 기록된 입력·출력 토큰 수 — 사용량 표시와 실행 한도 관리. 화면 수치는 전체 청구액이 아닙니다.
  • Refresh 토큰 해시·순환/폐기 기록 — 세션 유지·탈취 대응. Google 액세스·리프레시 토큰은 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 약관·방침 버전별 확인 기록(시각·UA 해시) — 동의 증적. IP는 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 알림·분석 실행 및 대화별 정제된 질문·검증된 응답·출처 참조 기록 — 저장·재열람과 대화 맥락 유지 기능. 거절 입력과 인식된 비밀 원문은 대화에 저장하지 않습니다. 대화는 계정 존속 기간 보유하며 계정 삭제 대상에 포함됩니다. 근거: 계약 이행.

수집하지 않는 것: 비밀번호, Google 액세스·리프레시 토큰, 광고 식별자, 카드 번호 또는 14세 미만 아동 정보(가입 차단).

3. 보유기간·파기

계정 존속 기간 동안 보유합니다. 무료 계정은 본인 확인 후 앱에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 유료 구독은 먼저 취소해야 하며, 외부 저장소에 생성된 분석 산출물이 있으면 안전한 삭제 경로가 마련될 때까지 처리를 보류합니다. 삭제 요청이 접수되면 계정을 비활성화하고 세션을 폐기합니다. 외부 업로드·알림 전달의 종료가 확인되지 않으면 정리는 대기 상태로 남습니다. 개인 산출물을 지운 뒤에도 지연 업로드 재생성을 막는 빈 객체 키, 해시로 된 소유자 식별자와 최소 처리 상태 기록은 안전한 정리를 위해 남을 수 있습니다. 결제 및 관리 감사 기록은 별도 보존 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 삭제가 막히거나 기록 열람·삭제를 요청하려면 아래 연락처로 문의하세요.

4. 국외이전

인증(Google) 및 클라우드 인프라 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다. 이전 항목: 위 2항의 계정·세션·동의 기록. 이전 국가·사업자: [OPERATOR: 예 — Google(미국), GCP 리전 [GCP REGION]]. 이전 시기·방법: 이용 시 암호화 통신으로 수시 이전. 보유·이용 기간: 위 3항과 동일. 동의를 거부할 수 있으나 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.

5. 위탁·제3자 제공

Google 로그인에서 openid·email·profile 권한으로 확인된 이메일, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL을 받습니다. Drive·Gmail·Calendar·Contacts 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. Google 계정 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

소스별 외부 처리 권리를 확인한 공개 Post·뉴스·정책 원문과 URL은 5개 직무별 요약 준비를 위해 OpenAI API(api.openai.com)에 전송될 수 있습니다. 회원의 비공개 입력·계정 정보는 이 준비 작업에 전송하지 않습니다. 생성 결과는 검토 후에만 표시합니다.

회원이 질문별 전송에 동의하면 해당 질문을, Overview 에이전트에서는 선택한 시장·가격 지역·기간도 OpenAI API에 보내 사용 가능한 작업을 제안받습니다. 대화 실행에 새로 동의하면 현재 질문을 포함한 최근 최대 12개 turn 범위의 정제된 질문·검증된 구조화 계획·출처 참조를 24KiB 이하의 전체 맥락으로 함께 보낼 수 있으며, 범위·제공자·정책·맥락이 바뀌면 다시 동의해야 합니다. 이 단계에서는 가격값, 계정·프로필, 시뮬레이션 조건과 결과를 전송하지 않습니다. 저장된 시나리오 설명은 별도 동의를 받은 뒤 질문과 해당 보고서의 시뮬레이션 입력·계산 결과를 OpenAI에 보냅니다. 계정·프로필·자격증명은 제외하고 질문에서 인식되는 연락처와 키는 가립니다. 모델은 검증된 결과 항목을 선택하며 수치 계산이나 시장 규칙을 결정하지 않습니다. 게시 근거 보고서는 별도 질문별 동의 후 질문과 권리 확인된 저장 관측 사실·원문 발췌만 OpenAI에 전송해 관련 근거를 고릅니다. 표시 전용 override와 미검토 원문은 제외하고 출처 버전·날짜·권리를 보고서에 보존합니다. 동의 없이 데이터 열람·근거 보고서 저장·직접 계산을 사용할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자 권리

한국: 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구권(PIPA 제35~37조). EU: 접근·정정·삭제·이동·제한·반대권 및 감독기구 진정 제기권(GDPR 제3장). 미국(캘리포니아 등): 수집 항목 확인·삭제·정정 요구권, 차별 금지, 대리인 신청권(CCPA/CPRA; 판매·공유 없음). 계정 화면에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 hello@velryn.ai으로 문의하세요.

7. 쿠키·세션

광고·분석 쿠키는 없습니다. 로그인 유지를 위한 HttpOnly 리프레시 쿠키(14일)와 30분짜리 메모리 액세스 토큰만 사용합니다.

8. 안전조치

비밀번호·토큰 원문 미저장(해시만 보관), 최소 수집, 역할 기반 접근통제(operator 전용 관리 API는 로컬/Tailscale 전용), 공개 LLM endpoint 없음, 비밀의 코드·로그 기재 금지.

9. 변경 이력

2026-09-13 초판 → 2026-09-28: 한국어 본문 추가와 권리·국외이전·보유기간 명시 → 2026-10-03: Google 프로필, 관심사, 결제 식별자, 토큰 사용량 및 계정 삭제 범위 추가. 변경 방침을 확인하기 전에는 새 계정 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 중요한 변경의 사전 공지 절차는 상용 출시 전에 확정합니다.

ENGLISH (translation; Korean controls)

1. Operator

Velryn Energy · hello@velryn.ai. Business registration, address and privacy officer details are pending and must be completed before commercial launch.

2. What we collect and why

  • Google subject identifier and verified email — authentication and account identity (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Google display name and profile image URL — account display, refreshed on sign-in. Displaying the image makes a browser request to Google's image host.
  • Your selected work interests and markets, custom entries, and market availability email request and change events — personalize the view and record your request. Automated email delivery is not active.
  • Account ID, authorization roles, status, signup/last-login timestamps — authorization, limits, abuse prevention (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Subscription state and payment-provider customer/subscription identifiers — plan status and billing management. Velryn does not store card numbers.
  • Recorded input and output token counts per agent run — usage display and run limits. The displayed count is not a total bill.
  • Refresh-token hashes with rotation/revocation records — sessions and theft response. Google access/refresh tokens are never stored.
  • Versioned policy acknowledgements (time, UA hash; no IP) — consent evidence.
  • User-created alerts and analysis records — the features you save (contract).

We do not collect passwords, Google access or refresh tokens, ad identifiers, card numbers, or children's data (under-14 signup blocked).

3. Retention and deletion

Records, including sanitized conversation questions, verified responses and source references, are kept while the account exists and included in account deletion. Rejected inputs and detected raw secrets are not archived in conversations. Free accounts can request deletion in the app after owner confirmation. Paid subscriptions must be canceled first. If analysis artifacts exist in external storage, deletion is held until a verified cleanup path exists. Accepted deletion first deactivates the account and revokes sessions. Unconfirmed upload or notification termination keeps cleanup pending. Empty sealed object keys, hashed owner identifiers and minimal cleanup status receipts may remain to prevent delayed uploads from recreating personal artifacts. Payment and administrative audit records follow a separate retention policy. Contact us for blocked deletions or record requests.

4. International transfers

Account, session, and consent records may transfer to [OPERATOR: e.g. Google (US), GCP region [GCP REGION]] over encrypted connections during use, retained per section 3. Refusal limits service use. Safeguards: data minimization and provider SCCs where applicable.

5. Processors and sharing

Google sign-in requests openid, email, and profile to receive the verified email, display name, and profile image URL. Velryn does not request Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts access. You can revoke access in Google Account settings.

Public Post, news and policy source text and URLs with source-specific external processing rights may be sent to the OpenAI API (api.openai.com) to prepare summaries for five work roles. This preparation does not send private member inputs or account data. Results appear only after review.

When you opt in for an individual question, we send that question to the OpenAI API to suggest an available action. The Overview agent also sends its selected market, price area and date range. A fresh opt-in for a conversation execution may also send sanitized questions, verified structured plans and source references from up to 12 recent turns including the current question, with the entire context capped at 24KiB; a change to scope, provider, policy or context requires renewed consent. This step does not send price values, account or profile details, simulation inputs or results. For a separate explanation of a saved scenario, a fresh opt-in sends your question and that report’s scenario inputs and calculated results to OpenAI. Account/profile details and credentials are excluded; apparent contact details and credentials in questions are redacted. The model selects verified result claims and cannot decide numerical results or market rules. For a saved published-evidence report, a separate opt-in sends your question and only rights-cleared saved observation facts or exact source passages to OpenAI to select relevant evidence. Display-only overrides and unreviewed source text are excluded. Source versions, dates and rights remain attached to the saved report. You can browse data, save evidence reports and run direct calculations without opting in.

6. Your rights

KR: access/rectification/erasure/suspension (PIPA Art. 35–37). EU: access/rectification/erasure/portability/restriction/objection plus supervisory-authority complaint (GDPR Chapter III). US (e.g. CA): know/delete/correct, non-discrimination, authorized agents. Request account deletion in the account screen. For rights requests, contact hello@velryn.ai.

7. Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies. Only an HttpOnly refresh cookie (14 days) and a 30-minute in-memory access token.

8. Security

No plaintext passwords or tokens (hashes only), data minimization, role-based access (operator admin APIs are local/Tailscale only), no public LLM endpoint, no secrets in code or logs.

9. History

2026-09-13 first edition → 2026-09-28: Korean text, rights, transfers and retention → 2026-10-03: Google profile, interests, billing identifiers, token usage and account deletion scope. New account features require acknowledgement of this version. Commercial notice timing remains to be finalized.
